- All orders have a shipping process between 3-5 business days. To ensure that your package is delivered please make sure that your address is correct and includes all required information. The use of correct spelling and abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers to ensure timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
- Carrier options are available but fulfillment reserves the right to change carriers at any time to based on the best option for the package.

We cannot cancel orders once they are processed.
- Orders returned undeliverable or refused will be refunded with a gift card minus any shipping cost.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will be sure to assist you with the carrier used to ship your package and provide necessary information for you to file your claim, however once an order is marked delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost and/or stolen from your place of delivery.
- Once your order has been received by the shipping carrier chosen during checkout the duration of the transit of your package is solely controlled via the carrier chosen during checkout. To check your order status login to your account to see the tracking information attached to your order.

SilkOut System cannot file lost in transit claims or offer refunds for orders marked as "Delivered" or orders that have a final scan. Shipping insurance does not protect stolen packages. While rare, there are occasions on which recipients claim that they have not received an order even though the tracking URL states otherwise, often because of theft or the carrier leaving the package in a public lobby or space. We suggest having your orders shipped to secure locations like a locker, work, a family member, or request a hold with the carriers so that you can pick up the item from a nearby location.
If you do not receive your order within 10 days of shipping and tracking does not show that the package has been delivered contact us immediately..
