Refund policy

  • Due to Covid19 we are no longer accepting returns on styling tools unless they have a defect then we will offer a replacement or refund if applicable once we receive the item and confirm the defect. We only accept styling products in new and unused condition for exchange or store credit when returned within 10 days.

      • ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
      • If there is a defect then we will offer a replacement or refund if applicable once we receive the item and confirm the defect. To expedite the process we ask that you submit a photo or video to info@silkoutsystem.com before requesting a return label.
      • We only accept styling products in new and unused condition for store credit when returned within 10 days. 
      • Returning used items. Used items can be returned within 30 days of delivery receipt and have a restocking fee of 30% plus shipping fees. You must purchase shipping and return items to: SilkOut System, 19047 Bruce B Downs Blvd. #95, Tampa, Fla 33647. Maintain tracking for your records and send us a copy of the tracking and order number to info@silkoutsystem.com  You will receive the balance of the return in the form of a gift card.
  • All clearance items are final sale, no returns or exchanges.
    • If items are damaged during shipping please send a photo immediately to info@silkoutsystem.com for replacement, be sure to include order number to expedite locating your order and speeding up the replacement process. If photo is not included then we will send a return label to initiate return/exchange, the quickest way is to send a photo or video of damage.
    • International shipping: We are not responsible for items confiscated by your customs department. Items may be reshipped at customer expense with signature required if applicable.  All international shipping orders are final and non refundable.
    Returns on wholesale items: All wholesale purchases are final. In the event there is a defect with a tool you purchased and sold to a customer the customer must return the item to you. You are to inspect it to troubleshoot the issue. If it needs replacing then you request a return label from us to send a replacement to you and return the damaged item to us. We do not issue refunds.  A store credit will be issued on items discontinued.
